Usage: SP – 7369 Sponge cake roll mix.
Step1: Put the SP – 7369 flour,egg and water into mixing machine with slow speed within 1 minute, then increase the speed about 3 minutes to 4 minutes until the flour are fine.
Step2: Mix more oil with slow speed about 1 minute.
Step3: Take the mixing flour into a lined paper mold, bake at 180oC to 185oC for about 15 to 20 minutes, roll the cake when it still warm.
