Wheat flour, Rice flour, porous substance: Sodium hydrogen carbonate (E500ii).
- Huong Que Crispy fried flour 150 gram.
Step 1: Put a little of Crispy fried flour into the dish, then roll seafood (shrimp, squid,..), chicken, vegetables on this fry flour
Step 2: Mix the rest of Crispy fried flour and 160 ml of water until the flour mixture has dissolve completely. Dip seafood (shrimp, squid,…), chicken, vegetables that are already roll on the dry flour in the flour mixture.
Step3: Fry at temperature of 170oC to 175oC until the product turn out fairly crispy yellow.
Note: The product is crisper if using cold water melted from ice
Fried vegetables (sweet potato, potato, onion, daisy, bean, cauliflower,…
